| Be a better you | Deon Groenewald Often, we look at others, and we judge. We use judgement as a measure of ourselves. We see people and recognize abilities in them that we have, but they are doing so much better. Much of our lives are formed by external influence, that we all know, but the scary part is…how little are you in control of who you are? Sounds a bit radical does it not? Of course, it does. What if you could grasp, understand, join, learn, absorb 4 simple steps that could change your world from normal to crazy? Yes crazy, crazy to those that are still happy with normal, and exciting to you? Over the past 12 years, I have been totally submerged in the development of people. I teach 24 days each month, for 12 years, students from 130 plus countries. Allow me please to take you on a journey that could, the moment you say yes, will alter the person you will be in the next few years. Join me and the ICR and start your journey of being a better version of you. | |
Global Network Group | Self-Isolation | Coping Mechanisms by Tina B Born with a congenital heart disease and Pulmonary Hypertension, Tina B was unable to be normal her entire life. Any kind of physical activity or excursion left her gasping for air and exhausted. After collapsing at age 13 she was fitted with a life saving pacemaker - usually reserved for the elderly. By the time she reached 21, Tina B was starting to take strain and the pacemaker wasn't helping the way it used to. Three months before her 22nd birthday, Tina B had another pacemaker fitted, but was never able to regain the vigor and strength she'd had after the first pacemaker. Her health steadily decreased during her twenties. Finally she was reduced to being on oxygen 90% of the day and slept between 18 and 20 hours. On the days she was strong enough to get out of bed, she was pushed in a wheelchair. Tina B waited for 2 and a half years to get her life saving transplant. Her transplant and recovery are both an incredible story of hope, strength and courage. She is now leading a normal life and has taken part in the Cape Town Cycle Tour and the Arnold Africa Model Search! She is also the official ambassador for 1000 Lives, a TV program featured weekly on SABC 2, that creates awareness and education around Organ Donation. | ||
How the Corona Virus Crisis Affects Your Business - B2B Marketing and PR | Elsabe Booyens The reality of life during and post-COVID-19 has not fully sunk in yet, and its consequences for our businesses, organisations, economy, and society will play out over the rest of 2020 and beyond. We have probably all heard this many times by now, but the world is in unprecedented times. We are in the midst of a global pandemic, countries are shutting borders, and lock downs are becoming our daily norm. Did we ever think we would be here four months into this new decade that promised so much? The most important thing right now is that we all stay safe as individuals, and do our part to help curb COVID-19. But what can businesses be doing on the PR front during this time of crisis and uncertainty? | https://us02web.zoom.us/webina... |
