About coaching
The ICR register states under coaching:  

"A form of counseling based on a equal relationship in which the coach stimulates his / her client through a structured process to come to an improved more effective behavior, actions and performance."

- Coaching can be given to individuals, groups and organizations.
- The coaching targets are always predetermined.
- The customer chooses the coach.
- The customer stays responsible for his/her own behavior and decisions.
About ICR Coach Practitioners
1. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED COACH
Scope
The certified coach has a general coach practice.
Educational requirements
  • General higher or academic education.
  • Completed accredited profesional course coach | coaching
  • Alternatively, at the full discretion of ICR Coach Register the coach shows proof of an equal knowledge and experience level.
2. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED BUSINESS-COACH
Scope
The certified business coach focuses on processes within commercial companies and organizations.
Educational requirements
In addition to the regular coach: proven experience and affinity with the business sector or completed business-coach training
3. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED CHILD-COACH
Scope
The certified child coach offers short-term (temporary) and practical assistance to children and their parents to ensure that the child can make a further step in its development. The children's coach focuses on the demand for assistance in the here and now and works to improve the childs future.
Education requirements
In addition to the regular coach: completed accredited profesional specialization course childcoach | childcoaching
4. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED CONFLICT-COACH
Scope
  • The certified conflictcoach stimulates the client using a structured process to ensure effective behavior and actions so that the client can make a targeted selection of the available ADR procedures (arbitration, mediation, negotiation) for the purpose of preventing or resolving a dispute, conflict or situation and / or is sufficiently competent to represent themselves within the selected ADR procedure.
  • The title 'conflictcoach' is visible in the ADR Register and is made additional visible in the ICR Coach register.
  • ADR register certifies arbitrators conflictcoaches, mediators and negotiators.
  • Registration & application only via the ADR register.
Educational requirements
  • General higher or academic education.
  • Completed accredited profesional course arbitrator or mediator + completed introduction coach | coaching course
  • Alternatively, at the full discretion of ADR Register the coach shows proof of an equal knowledge and experience level.
5. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED HYPNOSIS-COACH
Scope
  • The certified hypnosiscoach uses direct or indirect hypnosis in the coaching process.
  • The title hypnosiscaoch is visible in the IHR Register and is made additional visible in the ICR Coach register.
  • IHR register certifies hypnotherapist, hypnotists and hypnosiscoaches.
  • Registration & application only via the IHR Register.
Educational requirements
  • General higher or academic education.
  • Completed accredited profesional course hypnotherapist
  • Alternatively, at the full discretion of IHR Register the hypnosiscoach shows proof of an equal knowledge and experience level.
6. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED INHERITANCE-COACH
Scope
The certified inheritance coach has a client centered and focused approach in order to plan or to settle all aspects of an inheritance. More and more people understand the importance of an early planning and professional settlement of the inheritance.

In addition to the regular coach: completed accredited profesional specialization course inheritance coach | inheritance coaching
7. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED LANGUAGE-COACHES | LANGUAGE-EXPERT
Scope
The language coach | language expert supports professionals, organizations and governments in understanding and using different languages and brings cultures together.
Educational requirements
  • The language coach | language expert has specific business related knowledge and skills and is proficient in one or more languages according the criteria of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). Minimum level B2/C1
  • Is internationally orientated
  • Is potential geographically flexible
  • Is employee or runs an own company
  • Adds added value to processes
  • Connects languages and cultures
  • Is reliable and maintains confidentiality
  • Develops and maintains proficiency
8. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED COACH - MEDICALLY QUALIFIED
Scope
The coach is medically qualified and integrates his / her medical knowledge & skills in the coaching sessions.
Educational requirements
The medical qualified coach is registered with or accredited by a national health authority and/or is accredited / recognized by the national professional body for health insurance companies.
9. ICR REGISTERED & CERTIFIED NLP-COACH
Scope
The certified NLP-coach uses NLP techniques in the coaches process.
Educational requirements
  1. For the NLP-coach-practitioner: completed NLP practitioner
  2. For the NLP-coach-master-practitioner: completed NLP master practitioner
  3. For the NLP-coach-trainer: completed NLP trainer program
