Holding a Diploma in Child Psychology, a Degree in Ministry, and a Postgraduate qualification in Counselling, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to my practice.
As a certified ICR Life Coach and a Gottman Level 3 trained therapist, I specialize in guiding people through challenges such as low self-esteem, self-doubt, and anxiety. I believe that true and lasting change is possible, and I am committed to empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and cultivate confidence, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives.
I also thrive in working with individuals helping them creating a new and exciting future through Life Coaching and career coaching.
