Carol is a qualified life coach. Her background in psychology and business practice has enabled her to specialize in business coaching where she draws from extensive personal experience.
Her coaching philosophy is simple:

Coaching Qualifications
Carol's passion for psychology began at University, where she majored in psychology in her undergraduate degree. She then went on to complete both an Honours Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in psychology and her inclination towards positive psychology, self-actualization and coaching emerged. Her thesis investigated coaching as a management tool in a sales environment and she decided to pursue this path by completing a life coaching course. She embraces coaching in her business practice and this not only nurtures her soul, but also assists in unlocking the potential of her team of agents.

Carol's methodology is based on "solution-focused-brief-therapy", within the realm of positive psychology. She employs a 3-6 month coaching framework, thereby empowering her clients to progress towards their goals in a short, specified period of time facilitated by ongoing tangible objectives.
