Bringing you a holistic service - Coach Tess's story:
My practise includes coaching individuals for personal and or management development, coaching through challenges brought on by change.
Working across entrepreneurial, academic and corporate environments, I offer a confidential space for client's thinking where he/she can be heard, encouraged, challenged and navigated through a coaching journey. Time is taken to explore context, plot changes, to discover a new path, to tackle a difficult decision, to transition into the promotion or career change successfully or to build for personal mastery.
The foundations of my career were in the Executive and Graduate Recruitment industry in 1990's, where I gained experience across a diverse spectrum of industries and sectors. Ultimately, I moved up the corporate ladder into the broader field of Human Resources and General Management, holding positions such as Regional HR Manager for "Big 4" Professional Auditing Firms, the Marketing Profession as Regional Manager of the Marketing Federation of SA in KZN and then running my own business including HR Consulting Services, Training and Facilitation and Coaching. During the course of this career, and since founding my own Coaching business in 2016, I have worked with and coached students, leaders in Partnership, Directorship, Executive and Managerial roles as well as Entrepreneurs.
