I have a passion for people, projects and challenges. Adding to this my ability to embrace uncertainty and change, together with my skills to learn, adapt and be resilient, makes met the chameleon team player that will undoubtedly add value to your organization.
I am an accomplished and dynamic professional with more than 17 years professional working experience. During the past 5 years I worked as a Project Manager, ensuring the effective and efficient management of business procedures, policies and processes. Currently I am fulfilling the role of product Owner, mostly focusing on SAP integrations and finance within the Supply Chain space. This role gives me the perfect opportunity to combine all the business knowledge I have gained over 7 years at Shoprite, my Management Accounting knowledge and other skills to optimize and prioritize all our projects and team backlog.
I’m adept with multiple project management methodologies including Scrum and Agile. My experience extends to business development, stakeholder management, finance management and data analysis.
I am goal orientated with an interest in business strategy and outcome-based projects, focused on sustainability, optimization and overall business efficiency. My agile approach and ability to learn and adapt has empowered me to spearhead multiple successful projects over the past 7 years within the Shoprite Group of Companies (Africa Buyer Department, Supply Chain Support Team, USave and IT).
My success include:
- Execute and deliver the Usave eLearning project by developing 12 eLearning modules to address noted issues with regards to New Employee Induction, Merchandising Principles, Waste, Shrinkage, Cold Chain, Stock rotation and Receiving processes.
- Managed the Bakery project which focused on standardization of all bakery equipment, bakery range, linking of recipes and optimizing all processes.
Previously, I was Business Development Manager, where I was responsible for managing the supply chain end to end process as well as short, medium and long term projects.
Being a creative thinker and having an entrepreneurial spirit, allows me to apply critical thinking and business case analysis to accelerate workable solutions around complex business issues.
