I have worked in the basic and higher education sector. To contribute to entrepreneurial development in South Africa, I have worked in the entrepreneurship development sector.
As part of environmental sustainability, I am a founder of Tshimo-Gae Food Gardening & Vermiculture (Pty) Ltd. The company focuses on teaching people about food security by growing food in their backyard. In addition, it produces organic fertilizer (worm castings) using composting worms (red-wiggler worms). To strengthen my work experience, I believe that integrating farming principles into workplace strategies and goals will result in organizational success.
To help the business community succeed in their mission, I have managed to integrate all my educational training, 15 years of work experience and entrepreneurship journey.
