Since achieving my Honour's Degree in Social Sciences and my Masters Degree in Social Work, I have dedicated my career to helping others reach their goals, be they incremental or transformational and at any stage in life.
I have been a registered Social Worker for the past 16 years, working in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Whilst working with several Health services, my main areas of expertise have been supporting adults with mental health and addiction issues.
Throughout my service in the Health and Social Care sector I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients, from indigenous people living in deprived areas of rural Australia, to senior city executives trying to navigate their career pressures and everything in between. I have worked with people during times of crisis, stress, and success, using a range of tools and approaches which I adapt to the client as their needs and situations evolve.
