Omschrijving
Kingdom Leadership College is the trade name for The New Team Explosion (Pty) Ltd. It is a start-up business established by Yimile Ngqele. He established the company out of leadership training and certification provided by Dr John Maxwell and the faculty members of the John Maxwell University in 2017.
Yimile Ngqele has 16 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer in the public sector, South Africa. He served the nation prior to that as Business Development manager of the Eastern Cape Development Corporation as well as the South African National Defence Force. He spent two years in business, having established a GIS Company in partnership with ESRI South Africa. He grew from a rural shepherd boy into a student, then became a freedom fighter prior to his service to the nation as public servant.

Yimile is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch Business School on the Executive Development Programme which he attended and completed in 2005. He has a Bachelor of Accounting (B. Compt) from the then University of Transkei. Prior to that, he spent some years as freedom fighter, which began when he was a learner at Freemantle High School in Lady Frere. While in exile as a freedom fighter, he attended political training in Sofia, Bulgaria which equipped him to become one of the Commissars of the Liberation Movement. He completed his matriculation in 1979 at Freemantle after doing his primary and secondary education at his Lower Seplan Village school in the then Xhalanga District (Now Sakhisizwe Municipal area).

He made attempts at both a Diploma in Telecommunications as well as Bachelor of Electronic Engineering, which he never completed. He was distracted by both the struggle and depression due to the loss of a brother through death, who was close to his heart.


Yimile is a certified coach, trainer, teacher and speaker from the John Maxwell University based in Florida, USA. He is the accredited agent of the Global Network Group based in Netherlands as Coach and Leadership Training Provider. He is the recognized accredited trainer by the Coaches and Mentors South Africa (COMENSA), the South African coaches and mentors professional body affiliated to the International Coaching Federation. He is awaiting the outcome of his application for accreditation by the Services SETA, which he submitted in February 2018.

Business Coaching is offered as a service to organizations and institutions that have no internal coaching capacity or have limited in-house coaching competencies. A coaching partnership gets established between the organization and Kingdom Leadership College to multiply the results of operations. It is used as a tool to raise the awareness of the leadership of the organization about their potential and to increase their ability to take responsibility for the results of their plans.

From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. The International Coach Register provides information systems that support professional development for those who choose to become professional coaches. They are registered as associate practitioners when undergoing their studies. When they complete their graduation requirements, they obtain their certification and register as full practitioners. They start their continuing professional development. The registration processes as student, professional and practitioner are supported by the International Coach Register systems, including the relevant examinations and CPD point system.
