Lindiwe is the founder and CEO of Uwezekona Consulting. She is a seasoned professional and brings more than 25 years' wealth of diverse experience in Change Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Dispute Mediation, Talent Management, Transformation Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Development and HR. She has worked for large (corporate) entities in the capacity of an executive; these include Deloitte, Standard Bank and Shell, and (most recently) Wits University. Her tertiary qualifications include a BA in Industrial Psychology and Communications, a Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development from UNISA and various leadership development programs acquired at Wits, GIBS and USBS respectively. In addition, she is also a professionally trained NLP coach with ICR accreditation, and an accredited Mediator on dispute resolution with Conflict Dynamics, as well as a public speaker, facilitator and mentor. She is a member of the Business Woman's Association of South Africa (BWASA), a professional member of ABASA (the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants in Southern Africa), a former Practitioner Member of the Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), as well as the Black Management Forum (BMF).
