The world is fast changing in all facets of life. People are increasingly being isolated with no genuine friends, mentors, and life skills available to help them become who they ought to be. The socio-economic impact of constantly changing processes, and technology has increased life demands. and many people are struggling to cope with multiple stressors while trying to balance their work and personal lives. Women naturally take on more responsibilities by playing multiple family roles than their male counterparts and therefore face challenges such as work overload, family commitments & responsibilities, over-commitment at work, lack of clarity on priorities and not being able to set boundaries. These women, due to a complete lack of personal time, start feeling frustrated with their daily routines which leads to exhaustion, stress, anxiety, and loss of agility. Knowing what decisions to make and making them quickly enough to keep pace with the constantly changing processes can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming, making the women to suffer mental blocks.
I coach career women to live a fulfilled existence in all their segments of life by designing strategies to overcome stressors, clarify priorities, establish boundaries and set life goals.
“Unleashing Her Abundant Life” is our coaching program designed to nourish and support women who are struggling to cope with multiple stressors while trying to balance their work and personal lives, identify and master their stressors, and become whole, wise, and empowered. You will go through a personal awareness process to identify what exactly are your challenges and will be able to design new strategies to overcome your particular stressors and achieve a focused mindset, clarify your life priorities, establish boundaries, break your daily routines by setting new goals, and start living a fulfilled existence in your physical, emotional, mental, occupational, social and spiritual segments of your life.
