My name is Amanda Wells, but you can call me Mandy. Whilst I am an organised and structured professional, I know how to adapt and be flexible within those boundaries. Whether collaborating with a team or working independently, I bring openness, compassion, honesty, and reliability. My passion lies in simplifying complexities and uncovering possibilities. I firmly believe in nurturing strengths—both in myself and others.
My skill set includes coaching, training, facilitation, presentations, and effective communication. While English is my native language, I’m also fluent in Dutch.
I’m an enthusiastic horse trainer and caretaker. I believe that we can learn valuable lessons from horses and nature, constantly evolving to be our best selves. When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me running and hiking in nature—keeping both mind and body active while allowing time for reflection.
